1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Duration

Delivery time depends on your location and the size of your order:

  • Within Pakistan: 2–5 business days

  • Remote or rural areas: 5–7 business days

  • Bulk or customized solar orders: 7–10 business days

Please note: Unexpected delays due to weather conditions, courier issues, or national holidays may affect delivery times.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery: Free on orders above Rs. 5,000.

  • Orders below Rs. 5,000: A small shipping fee (Rs. 250–500) may apply, depending on location and weight.

  • Heavy or bulk solar panels, batteries, and inverters may incur additional freight charges based on courier weight slabs.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your order anytime using your tracking ID on the respective courier’s website or contact our support team for assistance.

5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted courier services such as:
TCS, Leopards, M&P, and specialized freight partners for large solar shipments to ensure safe and timely delivery.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue promptly or arrange a replacement/refund.

7. International Shipping

At present, Go Solar Bazar only ships within Pakistan.
We are working to expand our services internationally soon.
